Tenders are invited for the supply, delivery and provision of services for the financial year 2010-2011. Interested and competent firms specializing in supply of the following goods and services are invited to apply for pre-qualification.

MPDB/06/2010-2011                   Design and printing of calendars, diaries, annual report documents, folders, envelopes, T-shirts and other printing works

 

MPDB/07/2010-2011                   Repair and maintenance of office equipment; photocopier ,Fax machine  desktop computers, Laptop Computers, Printers  and Scanner

 

MPDB/08/2010-2011                   Prequalification of Contractors for repairs and maintenance of Building

 

MPDB/09/2010-2011                   Motor vehicle and motor cycle repairs and maintenance (Ministry of Roads and Public Works approved garages)

 

MPDB/10/2010-2011                   Provision of Travel and air ticketing for the period ending 30th June 2011 on “as and when” required basis – IATA registered

 

MPDB/11/2010-2011                   Provision of ,Security services

 

MPDB/12/2010-2011                   Supply of sanitary bins and Paper towels

 

MPDB/13/2010-2011                   Design and Maintenance of website

 

MPDB/14/2010-2011                   Provision of Insurance services

 

MPDB/15/2010-2011                   Provision of Legal services

 

MPDB/16/2010-2011                   Supply and installation of power generator

 

MPDB/17/2010-2011                   Supply of Motor Cycle[100 c.c with courier box]

 
Interested applicants may obtain the Pre-qualification documents from our accounts office, during working hours (8.30am -5.00pm ) upon payment of Kshs.2,000.00 in cash, Bankers cheque or Money order addressed to Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board. Pre-qualification documents duly completed should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked ‘Pre-qualification of suppliers of goods and services’ and the tender number quoted on the top right hand corner of the envelope and deposited in the tender Box situated at the reception and addressed to:

So as to be received not later than 31st May 2010 at 10.30am. Late applications will not be accepted. Applicants, who will not have heard from the Board by 30th June 2010, should consider their applications unsuccessful. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reasons thereof.
